This is especially suited but not limited to dry hire, tipi/marquee, barn and woodland weddings.

 

​On The Day Coordination/Wedding Day Management includes: 

• Planning meeting 8 weeks before to review all plans so far to ensure nothing has been missed. 

• Venue visit 4-6 weeks before wedding.

• Supplier coordination.

• Creation of wedding day schedule and distribution to all suppliers.

• Wedding day coordination for 10 hours.

• Guest management on the day.​
