• Planning meeting 8 weeks before to review all plans so far to ensure nothing has been missed. 

• Venue visit 4-6 weeks before wedding

• Supplier coordination.

• Creation of wedding day schedule and distribution to all suppliers

• Wedding day coordination for up to 10 hours

• Guest management on the day.​
