In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll connect with all your chosen suppliers—caterers, florists, DJs, photographers, venue staff, and more. I’ll confirm arrival times, setup requirements, and address any last-minute questions, so you don’t have to. On the day, I’ll be the go-to person for all suppliers, ensuring everyone knows where to be, what to do, and when to do it. If the cake delivery runs a little late or the band needs help setting up, I’ll be there to handle it smoothly, without you even knowing there was an issue.

Creation & Distribution of Your Wedding Day Schedule

About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, I’ll work closely with you to create a clear and detailed wedding day timeline. This schedule covers everything—from supplier arrival times to ceremony start, speeches, cake cutting, and dancing the night away.

Once it's finalised, I’ll share this timeline with your venue and all your suppliers to make sure everyone is on the same page. This keeps things running seamlessly and gives you peace of mind knowing everything is under control.

On-the-Day Coordination (Up to 10 Hours)

On your wedding day, I’ll be there for up to 10 hours, overseeing the setup, managing the flow of the day, and putting out any fires before they even spark. From fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle to making sure the DJ cues your first dance song just right, consider me your wedding day sidekick.

I’ll also have 1–2 trusted assistants with me if needed, to make sure every detail is covered, especially for larger or more logistically complex weddings (hello, dry hire venues!).

Guest Management

Your guests are important, and I’ll be on hand to welcome them, guide them to where they need to be, and answer any questions they might have. Whether it’s helping Grandma find her seat or directing your friends to the bar, we’re here to help everything flow naturally, so you can be fully present and enjoy every single moment.
