If you have carried out all your own planning and only need a wedding planner to manage your wedding day, to ensure all runs smoothly, I can step in to provide my on the day coordination/management services, which removes that stress for you, and lets you concentrate on your preparations for your special day.

 

You can be reassured that everything will run smoothly as you planned it, so you can get on with enjoying your wedding day with your loved ones.

 

Service includes:

• Meet 8 weeks before your wedding to discuss your planning process and what you need me to coordinate on the wedding day, talk through the timings and review the services that will be provided by your contracted wedding suppliers. 

• Venue visit 4-6 weeks before wedding

• Regular communication from 4 weeks prior which also includes suppliers

• 4 weeks before I will collect your suppliers contact information and liaise with them up to the wedding day. I will create a detailed timeline wedding day schedule and share it with you, your suppliers and the venue.

• I can also help you with the table set up and small props layout. 

• Oversee set up and ensure all has arrived and is in place

• Supplier coordination and main point of contact for suppliers and guests with 1-2 assistants depending on guest numbers

• Wedding Day Timeline/Schedule management

• I will be the main point of contact, providing guest and timeline management, where I and my team will oversee the set-up on the day, and check all is in place, coordinating all the suppliers, the ceremony, reception, and pack down after the wedding if required at

• We are on-site for 10 - 12 hours on the wedding day.
